Service advisor was not aware of Remote Services for Toyota cars. I told him that I am not able to activate this service because the instructions says to open Communications app on the car media system. He told me I need to pay for this service and later on called me to tell me that my car is not equipped with Remote Services. The service advisor provided non-fact supported service diagnosis.
I am very upset that the dealership where I bought the new car could not help.
I had to call the Toyota number my self and stayed on hold for 30 minutes to tell me this was a known issue and Toyota has to enable Remote Services with a work around fix.
