The Toyota service provider had me standing in the cold for no good reason, normally I check in and go the the lobby immediately and not have to wait until he processes the billing statement that is not even his dept.
Plus he done a poorly job in explaining what service was going to be done on the Toyota Rav,, i had to ask before signing .
