I still had one more free service but he said it had expired in May last year.
My car has not reached 30000 miles or the 3yrs required per the mentioned guaranteed.
That is the only dissatisfaction that I had.
Everything else he communicated with me what my car needed.

Capistrano Toyota was supposed to conduct my 10k service but the light remained and because the also spilled gasoline in my trunk I didn’t trust that they did the work. I called national Toyota in Texas and they left a message with my wife that they would cover another dealer performing the service which was in doubt since the light remained on.
Longo is great and did the service for which I paid out of pocket. I was disappointed there was no notation from national Toyota on my vehicle to do the right thing. Jeffrey asked for proof in a way that suggested that I was lying. I paid. I will be back - I’m a loyal Longo customer since the 1990s. It’s not your fault but I was frustrated with the overall situation.
