I waited about 10 minutes at the beginning and called Longo Toyota to see if I had to check in person or by phone. I suggest someone to be attentive when a customer arrives because I didn't know who was going to help me. At the end, the guy who drove my car forgot his plastic hair net. It was in between my seat which was gross. Jeffrey Tsao was nice and provided detailed information about my car service, thank you for calling me to keep me informed about my car.

Representative needs more training on vehicle related informs. If there was tech problems not sure, please respond “Im not too sure about, let me find the special tech for you” instead of repeatedly telling clients your products are 100% quality guaranteed.
