I asked for an alignment with my tire replacement but they didn’t perform it. The valet didn’t use a seat cover but sat directly on my driver’s seat. The credit card machine wasn’t working at check out. The service representative was impatient and dodged my questions regarding my tire warranty.

Albert, was polite and professional. I bought
a gently used 2018 highlander from longo 2 weeks ago and didn't see the factory wheels were severly scuffed. He gave an honest recommendation on having my factory wheels reconditioned inhouse before going the much more expensive route. The wheels came out amazing and helped me avoid a unnecessary expense.
