I went this time because I got a good service in Longo before, but this time I got a bad service. When my car goes into maintenance, there is usually a free inspection. But this time I asked him about this service, he told me "if you want to do it, you can do it", with a very impatient attitude. Then I also asked whether the inspection of multi point had brake inspection. He said no, and he didn't tell me the cost of brake inspection or introduce me any of the existing discount for replacing brake pads. I asked because I thought I had a brake problem, but he didn't care about the question I asked, he just wanted to send me away as soon as possible.
Before coming to Longo, I have inquired about the promotion of many Toyota dealers. It is not the cheapest to replace the brake pads. There are many Toyota dealers very close to where I live, but because I have had good service experience in Longo before That’s why I came back. If it’s just a record, I can go to any dealer,
But because of the attitude of the service advisor, I immediately booked an appointment for a brake inspection at Riverside Toyota after I got the car. When I went to Riverside Toyota today, their service advisor asked me why they didn’t help you with a break inspection at Longo Toyota yesterday. Riverside Toyota not only checked the break for me, but also found other problems such as engine oil leakage and the break pads have reached a very dangerous level.
If today because of your unprofessional and careless inspections, cause my driving safety in danger, can you be responsible for this?
Why is the same Toyota Dealer, their inspection items and services are so much better than yours. I will never come back again.

There’s multiple things I like about Ryan. He does what he says he’s going to do, he calls when he says he’s going to call, my cars are ready when he says they’re going to be ready, he’s attentive, let’s me brain drool about my cars, makes sure that all of my concerns have been shared with him, and diligently addresses each of my concerns and inquiries and gives me reassurance. Most of all, he’s HONEST. I hope things stay this way because I have two Toyota’s, and have been looking for a new dealership for two years. Hang on to Ryan!
