Noli is a great representative for Toyota. I could see that he was a person who was meant to work with the public. Sometimes I go in there meaning I go to Toyota wondering what's it going to cost me this time. Regardless of the cost and no matter how many times I tell myself I could just take this somewhere else, my interaction with Noli made me smile and not think of the money. His humor seemed to just get my mind off of how much I was going to pay for my vehicle being serviced. It was nice to have someone who just laughed with you. We talked about my evil twin.
