Ethan gave me a hard time about using a Longo Toyota coupon for an oil chamge.
He pressured me multiple times to see it, send it to him in an email, and even went so far to get a manager to approve it that never showed up. I had to show Ethan the coupon with your company header and footer over and over and over until he backed down.
Funny, I've never had that experience before and hope I don't ever again.
