Contrary to what is on the paperwork, i was told to be careful upon leaving the Dealership. Had I received the same warning from the paperwork verbally, I would not have left the dealership. The following day, on the freeway, with my daughters in the car, the windshield flew onto, shattering, the windshield... my hood latch was not broken prior to going to you guys or that would have happened to me prior to, if not, on the way to you guys. Please help fix this situation!
