Noli is a badass. Longo is lucky to have an energetic, customer service-driven employee. He took the time to explain the different services, make recommendations without doing that annoying upsell that service centers do, and not wasting time. Even shared some great info about the Phillipines. And no, you can't have my FJ. Thanks, Noli. Great job. I understand that when I fill out one of these surveys, and if they are good, Noli not only gets a substantial raise for his excellence, but a paid vacation to wherever he wishes to go as long as it follows all COVID restrictions.
