My first time getting service at Longo.
Process was good. Ryan was excellent, very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The only issue is the person that puts the magnetic cone with a number on the roof of the car. Sorry to say but very careless. She just drops it hard on the roof. Just need to be a little more careful

I took my truck in for a battery issue, Longo looked at when I got my last battery and since the battery failed te load test, Longo determined that the battery probably had a factory defect, Longo did all these back stage and then informed me of the matter. I was always told growing up that the definition of integrity is doing the right thing when nobody is watching you. This is exactly what Longo did, they prorated the battery and installed a new one for half the price. This level of commitment by Longo really made my day. I have been sponsoring Longo with car maintenance related needs for the last 14 years and my experiences at this dealer have always been very positive, perhaps this is the reason why my family and I continue to come to this dealership to procure the maintenance of our 07 Toyota Tundra, it never ceases to amaze me that in spite of its humongous size, Longo Toyota always makes sure that each customer feels appreciated.
