The fiirst service advisor Kayla was not a person who does not know how to deal with customers by responding more tactfully. She was just quoting prices over and over again with no concern with our issues. Sure there are charges but if she does not know anything else needed for the car, then she needs more training. When I was passed to the supervisor, he explained in a more apprpriate way what after hearing my concerns. And like a true service advisor he recommended that service checkup be done on the car which was nort all offered by Kayla. She needs to be more patient and more tactful. In words. The cost of battery and diagnostics was repeated 5 times

About 2 years ago the service advisor advised me to replace the sway bar end links. However as soon as they found out that my car is under warranty (Platinum), they unethically CHANGED the story. Since then they always said that it's not time yet to replace the sway bar end links. For the last 2 years I always brought my car for service but they always denied to replace my sway bar end links. YOU GUYS (LONGO TOYOTA EL MONTE) IS CLEARLY UNETHICAL. WHAT A SHAME.
