I gave a AAA free 40 point inspection coupon and I did not receive a 40 point inspection.. I’m been going to Toyota for over 10 years and repeat customers should be given special deals or extra discounts. Loyal customers are valued and they should since we are able to take our business elsewhere. The technician yesterday wasn’t as helpful as others in my previous experience, he was just ok.
