This really is not a complaint, but I wanted to bring it to your attention. The service writer was excellent. My issue is that every time I have my Toyota serviced it seems to take at least 40 minutes from the time the service writer calls me to tell me my car is ready and he is completing the paperwork until my car is delivered so I can leave. I always wait for my car to be serviced. There must be a way you can become more efficient. It took less time to service the car than to deliver it after the service was complete.

Johan was extremely professional and helpful. He was patient and asked questions to make sure he was providing me the right services. Although the service workers were unable to determine the issue with my vehicle, Johan took it upon himself and spoke with the workers to try looking at my vehicle one more time. They were able to restart my vehicle program. Because of his extra effort I have not felt the issue in my vehicle. There should be a lot more workers like Johan at Longo toyota.

It’s a nice experience knowing that Toyota Longo follows the CDC guidelines regarding social distancing & mandatory wearing of masks for all clients & staff. Very pleased also of their added safety precautions when taking over the vehicle for service, they provide a paper to cover the mats & plastic to cover the steering wheel & the driver seat. Totally satisfied.
