I am not happy with the customer service I experienced this morning. When I arrived at the service station and waited about 10 minutes, no one came to help. So I asked a service person at one of the service stations there named Ethan Su in English and he thought I was Vietnamese and right away he said “I don’t speak Vietnamese” then turned around right away to continue working on his computer. He didn’t even bother to get someone else to help me, that was so unprofessional. I think this kind of attitude is unacceptable in the service industry. However, there was a guy sitting behind him attended us and asked Daniel Perez(I think that’s his last name) to help me, they both were helpful.
