I asked particularly to check on acceleration issue and at the check_in, was told needed other 2 hours to check on it? Then why told me when making the appointment? I just need a firm time to plan other activities on busy Saturday (ie: instead of waiting on site, may be to drop off then pick up later). You guys screw up individual's time...not really respectful to customers.

Over 2 hours wait time needs to be improved when an appointment is scheduled. Sanitizing vehicles after being pulled up it’s a must doing this time. Counter need to be wiped down after each client is service when picking up our vehicle

Great service experience today! My car started having serious issues, and I had to bring it in first thing in the early morning. Noli and team addressed all the original concerns as well as identified other issues I was not aware of. They were able to knock out all the issues in a single visit. Now I have peace of mind. To make the experience even greater, I would recommend coming up with a cost breakdown estimate report customers can look at before committing to the repairs. The traveler sheets work, but it's difficult to see clearly where all the parts & labor costs come from. A clear breakdown cost report would also eliminate the need for doing manual hand calculations and bring about greater transparency of service costs.
