I got to Longo at 9:15 am and left at 1:45 pm
I was told my car would be ready at about 12-1 since they’d be checking the app error on my dash board
At 1:15 I received a call from Agustin saying it would be another 30-40 min to check on the app error
Which I couldn’t wait any longer so I told him no I would just have to come back next time because I needed my car already
I’m not saying it was agustins fault but seriously don’t understand why it took all morning I had to call off work because this service took forever and they didn’t get to work on the problem.
I find this really ridiculous
A huge inconvenience
& no I couldn’t take the shuttle back home because I had my toddler with me and her car seat is anchored in to my car so I just decided to wait it out but still think this should’ve not taken 4 hours
