Kept me informed on what the condition and time of pickup of my car. When there was a delay in the service he would let me know and apologize for the delay. I am handicapped and he helped me put my scooter together without any problem. The same with the delivery crew.

Upon arrival Jesus was really nice and helpful. But after about 5/10 minutes from leaving his little station I returned to ask him to not wash my vehicle. I hand wash my car and I know the vehicles get ran through the machine which creates swirls. He said he would find where my car is at and make sure it gets the message. But upon receive my car I noticed it was washed. Now I have to go through my car to inspect it for swirls and spend money and time to get the swirls removed!
