I was confused as to why I would do my 100,000 mile service at 95,000. I asked him to see if I had any rewards but didn’t get an answer. The guarantee was 3pm. My service advisor called me 2:55 to let me know there were more things needed if I wanted to be done which I was thankful but decline to the next service. Then he told me he would process the paperwork and I would be ready to get my car. I waited until 3:25 and went to check on the cashier to see if my paperwork came thru and nothing. I called my advisor and no one answered. Then I walked over and he wasn’t there . Waited another 10 minutes to walked back and check and he was there in the phone so I waited patiently. Then I guess he noticed me and returned my call. Then he told me to wait another 10minutes.

I received a text that my vehicle was ready at 7pm and when i arrived to pick it up I was told that the service department was closed. It is very irresponsible by the employees and an inconvenience to me because I was given the run around and was worried that I was not going to be able to obtain my vehicle
