Upon arrival , I was the second vehicle to arrive in my lane and it took 35 minutes before anyone came to acknowledge that I was there . While everyone with appointments in the next lane where taken care of immediately. Even notice a vehicle behind me get so tired of waiting that she just drove up . I’ve gone to Longo for 10+ years and this was a first . Very unhappy

I was dissatisfied with my representative’s attempt at explaining why I paid for a prepaid service. He was also not on the same page as his service manager, who gave me a completely different explanation. I will not be coming back to this dealership for service.

It was very upsetting that someone can not take simple notes and update nor write a number down. Had me waiting an extra hour because Toyota never called me to notify me that my vehicle was ready and I was waiting for my vehicle there for 5 hours.
