Matthew Mccarty did a great job servicing my vehicle. I was in for a 15,000 tire rotation and a few other items. I am somewhat meticulous in dealing with car repairs due to past mistakes made by technicians that could have resulted in fatalities. Matthew did an extremely great job repeating back to me my concerns, and even confirming again, and then when service was done he followed up on all my items to discuss. Absolutely great job, I am thankful for people like Matthew.

Took my truck in for maintenance( great work like always) and a sound coming from the pulleys which “was taken care of” but the noise is still there but now is worse than when I took it in the first time. The sounds gradually gets worse as I accelerate. But when off the accelerator the noise is minimal.
