My rep quoted me a price that was different from my receipt by over $100. His explanation for why the price was so high made no sense. But made main problem is I was charged for a service that I didn’t get. I paid for a pressure wash of my engine. When I checked to see my clean engine, it was clear not a drop of water was used. My rep seemed to think the engine looked pretty clean. In 10 years I have never washed the engine. Reluctantly my rep took it to get “rewashed”. It finally came back washed. Needless to say I left unhappy, inconvenienced, and questioning what else I’m paying for but not getting.

I have dealt with Johan a few times and I am always satisfied. He is an exceptional employee who has great customer service skills and engages very well. My experience with good employees came with me being a manager at Trader Joe's, which taught me to look for positive traits in a person. I also want to throw a compliment to the manager on duty. He was a bald gentleman who gave me a discount on the detailing of my car, when basically, he didn't have too. That's over the top service! Thankyou for a wonderful experience.
