My experience with Johan was exceptional. He was friendly, personable and recommended the most appropriate service for my older vehicle. Originally, I was there was only for a oil change but ended up with 10,000 service. Johan followed up to update me about my vehicle and was through about service procedures from start to end.

Alex greeted us, gave us recommendations for service needed, explained prices and advised of when we could expect services to be completed.
The only slight negative was that he couldn’t tell us when the last time was that our car had brakes replaced. That seemed a bit unusual since it has only been serviced at Longo.
