Biagio was great. The issue I had was I had an appointment at 7:15a and I was the 3rd in line as I arrived at 6:50a. My vehicle didn’t get on a lift until 8:15a. The service took an hour to complete and did not include an oil change. I left Longo at 9:15a. I did not see a reason for the service to take as long as it did seeing the work didn’t start until an hour after my appointment.
Please respect the customer’s time.
