I only authorized any work to be done that was covered by my warranty. To my surprise, when I picked up my vehicle I was charged $140. I am barely making ends meet, and my car is my only reliable transportation I have to get to and from work. This has set me back immensely financially, but as I stated before, my car is an essential tool for work, so I needed to pay in order to drive away. I really hope this never happens to me or any other struggling American ever again.

I got called to pick up my car at 10:36, and didn’t get it till 12:23. That just isn’t right. Why are you going to call and say that my car is ready and will be out front, yet don’t receive it till an hour and a half later after I arrived at the dealer. **** customer service leaves a bit to be desired, plus a coupon I had for the oil change was denied. Jiffy Lube is looking pretty good as an alternative right about now.

Everyone is always nice. Problem today is that I had scheduled service at 2 But woke up to dead battery got it jumped and drove directly to service arriving at 1. Ok I get I was early and u were busy but did not get car back until 4. But what was really frustrating is that u did not have a battery u all said it was in back order and that u called some other dealers same problem. U said I could pay for battery today and when it comes in in weeks or
Month plus u would let me know but that my car might need to be continually jumped or not drive I am
Single have one car. This is not a solution. I asked if u called Glendora the response was no but I could. I did call and Glendora had 6 but now it was to late in day to get battery. When my car was delivered to me the guy said he had to jump it to get it started. I drove directly to Glendora left car with them. They paid for Lyft to bring me home. I generally like your service but today was frustrating and disappointing with no helpful suggestions if I had know at 1 about no batteries I could have gone to Glendora and would have car fixed by now really disappointing
