Teddy understood my needs, explained the services and promised completion by a certain time.he informed early on that my truck needed additional services which I approved and still had the truck back to me close to the time promised. Even after I received a text my truck was ready, Teddy called me to let me know the truck was ready and explained the services completed. I appreciated the updates.

My appointments was 11:30am on Monday,June 14th. I arrived at 11:15,and received by Agustin. He was very nice,and knowledgeable. He told me it may take two hours because affected by the pandemics. After 4 hours I called in ,and got Agustin returned my call. I got my car at after 5pm. It's very nice that Agustin called me again to make sure I've got my car.
Its.first oil change for my car,but this is a bad experience due to your dealerships bad scheduling. That's all I can say.

I made an appointment at 10. Arrived on time. My car wasn’t touched till 300 pm. Why make an appointment if my car is not going to be worked on till later. I’m just glad I did not have plans after or work. Extremely unprofessional. I did not left my car back till about 440
