Donovan assisted me as soon as I drove up. He was very polite and well mannered. He explained what the service check would include and cover. And i would be contacted if there was any unforeseen repair. He called exactly 2 hours like he said it would take to pick up my car. He itemized each and explained to me that my car is like brand new. No worries. Thank you i was really happy with his service.
