I made an appointment to get my oil changed. When I arrived at Longo I told everyone including Bruce Herrera that I was here to get my oil changed. I waited three hours and then was told that my oil had not been changed. When I looked at the paperwork it stated that I did not request an oil change. This is completely wrong. The only reason I made the appointment and came out was to get my oil changed. When I explained this to the payment people, and also expressed my confusion, and then also asked if it was even safe to drive my car as it's been 5000 miles without an oil change, I was told everything was fine. Everything is not fine. I'm still confused as to why I didn't get an oil and if I am doing damage to my car and maybe even incurring safety issues by not getting one done. I'm angry that I wasted half my day over all this. I explained all of this to Savannah on chat yesterday and was told a manager would be emailing me back to explain why I didn't get an oil change and what this might mean to my car. I have not heard back from a manager via email (6.17.21 at 8:09pm), which is how I prefer to communicate about this matter going forward.
