For wheels and tires installation, the wait time was extremely long. When the installation was completed and I saw that it was in fact completed, I was told that the paper was not completed by check out and was told the work would be completed at the end of the day. Truly unacceptable because I saw within my own eyes that the work was already done. I checked in about 2:20pm and did not leave until about 7:20 pm. Totally unacceptable!!!

If i am satisfied?? No, not at all. I was completely disappointed with the solution that was suggested. The "foreman" directed me to shift in and out of neutral before and after every traffic stop, in order not to feel my truck give a jolt while operating. My Tacoma isn't fresh of the lot, but I have done my part in investing in and maintaining it in top conditions while taking it in for service like suggested by Toyota. I was told that there is no solution for that issue. This means that even if maintained in mint conditions to an extent your vehicles are disposable. Now my considerations of purchasing a new vehicle are out the window.
