I took my car in for services because I received letter from Toyota saying that my car has two recalls, one for passenger seatbelt and another for windshield wiper. When I called to make appointment, I purposely give a call back to talk to one of the representative name Victor and asked if I can get a free rental since I need to go work and will need a car to drive there. I want to check so I can rearrange my schedule around. He said yes i will get free rental. However, once I got there I have to pay 25 plus tax for the rental services. I do not think this is the best services I received because first of all, this is a recall, it's at factory fault, not customer. Therefore, I shouldn't be charge for anything. Second, representative should not promise anything that is not truth. I wouldn't recommend this service for ANYONE! I'm really upset.

Service is terrible service with nonprofecional people they kept the car for two days fot the window tint.and they dont fix the dents i going to do somthing about is the firts time i buy from longo.i get 4 cars from claremont toyota and dont have any problem with them.please try to fix my car asap before i going forwar.they good just to make promises

I was sureprise that I had received a text message about my service. My last services, I have not had a text message. I suggest we should able to book service appointment by texting because people text more and eaiser to text than logging into your account to book. Or having Longo Toyota app to book appointment.

Martin had informed me that my brake fluid should be flushed every 2 years starting at 30,000 miles. What I find concerning is that I was never told that I had to get this done when I had my 30,000 mile service. I asked Martin to confirm and he looked back at my service history and confirmed this. I have an extended warranty on my vehicle and part of that agreement is that I do my part in keeping my vehicle up to date...I'm now wondering what else was I supposed to get done in the past that the dealer had forgotten to tell me about...
