I asked for the 59 minute service for an oil change when I called to make the appointment and I was told when I got there that in tneir system it didn't note that I asked for it. Therefore, i waited 2 hours for a simple oil change that would have lasted 20 minutes at the local pit stop. Also, they didn't place a sticker on my window to inform me when I needed the next oil change. Also, I asked them to. Check if I needed a transmission flush and they didn't get back to me on this matter.

My brakes are squeaky normally when the car is cold. I showed them a video of my brakes squeaking. They kept the car overnight to drive the car the next morning. They said they didn't hear squeaking. So I'm disappointed that my brand new Toyota squeaks
