He kept the car overnight and the technician was able to replicate the problem I had been experiencing. Ryan did an excellent job and I'd be happy to have him as my service advisor. I don't feel my car was as clean as it should have been considering that I had it detailed. The lift gate of the trunk was missed and the driver's side mat and doorjam were dirty. There were also some parts on the exterior of the car that I felt could have been cleaner.

How is that possible? Did they drop the ball and just plain't forgot about it? It appears so.
I also texted asking for an update bit no response.
Service approx 2.50 hrs to rotate tires. It could have been longer if I had not followed up myaelf.
