I was promised my vehicle on Saturday the day I took it in or Monday the following business day, I was then called by Daniel on Saturday saying I’d have to wait because they where going to look further into the truck, and I said it was ok and asked him to keep me updated. Then on Monday I received no call from him I tried calling him and it kept sending me to voicemail and it would say to call his partners, I then called his partners and none of them answered. I even called Toyota service department 3 times and they all said the same thing and it was “a service advisor is going to call you back in 10-15 minutes”. Those 10-15 minutes passed and I didn’t receive nothing. 2 hours later I called back and while on a call with service department I received a call from a service advisor and he stated that the truck would have to stay an additional day because the part they needed had to be ordered. This is a brand new truck of the year 2021 with only 500 miles at the time and it was already being a pain in the neck, and to top it off the service advisors wouldn’t pick up there phones or update me, or even let someone else know to keep me updated .

Alberto Mariscal went above and beyond. As a Toyota Care customer he found that I was able to get expanded service at no cost. Furthermore, my car was washed and ready to go much sooner than anticipated. I’ve been a customer of Longo Lexus and Longo Toyota since 2010. I’m moving to Texas so I will really miss the excellent service I have always received at Longo. I heard there was a new Longo in Texas. Unfortunately it’s about an hour away from where I will be going. Open one up in Fort Worth and I’ll be a customer for life.
