He was very helpful. In addition, I’d like to thank the drivers who picked up and dropped off my car at my home. This is a great service that Longo offers. I wish my elderly, disabled parents had this service available to them at their Toyota dealer in Bakersfield.

Drive a long way to get great service very dissatisfied with lack of knowledge and service and lack of honesty. I never got a straight answer . The assistant manager Rob never called me as I requested after I picked up unfinished Tacoma service. What a sketch department they run at Longo. I'll take my chances with Toyota Customer Service. My truck shut off on my home on a turn then turned back on very dangerous. But no o e cares at Longo. Almost got hit cause truck turned off . people are rude there no common courtesy. Very unhappy.

He is very nice to me. I told him that my driver's window makes a lot of noise. He said it is because my window is not clean. That's reason made the noise of my window. He also helped me to clean my window and it looks like ok now. He told me if it still has noises of my driver's window, then I can go back to Longo Toyota to fix. I just want to say thank you to him.

The wait time was ridiculous. I waited 30 minutes before the advisor got to me with no one waiting in front of me. The wait time for a rental car was ridiculous. I was told it would take a hour and it was closer to two hours before I got my rental car
