I still cannot fathom WHY a simple routine service takes 2 and a half hours to complete! Since February of 2020 I have yet to have any routine service completed in under 2 and a half hours. Frankly I’m EXTREMELY disappointed and frustrated with the level of service I am receiving from Longo Toyota. In this particular service I had a 7:15am appointment, with a 9am promised time on my RO. At 9:45am I went into the service counter to ask for a service manager, but the clerk pulled my file and told me my car was ready. Once I received the paperwork the service was completed at 9:25, yet I was left waiting for 20 minutes. I had to postponed meetings at work because of this. I’m questioning whether I will even get my vehicle serviced at Longo Toyota once my Toyota care expires considering the subpar service completion times I have been experiencing.
