I, not my husband, have been slightly dissatisfied with Longo with every encounter that we have ever had. Our short interaction with Jesus squelched that reticence that I have had. He just said all the right things at the right time. He made me willing to quit putting up a roadblock every time my husband mentions your dealership and also its service department.

I do appreciate the job of the service assistant, but I feel like every time I visit for a standard service I am told my vehicle needs a lot of other things. I assume it’s the role, and he was very polite and efficient. He did a good job, but the “recommendation” vs “necessary” is different.
