I dropped off the car at 10:45 am for an oil change and replacement of a part for that was part of a recall. At 3:30 pm (more 4 hours later) another guy (I believe his name is Noe) called me to tell me the car was ready but that I would need to come back another day to have the recall taken care of. He said the part wasn't available, which was a lie, because I confirmed the part was available the day I made the appointment and in the morning when I dropped of the car with Alex.
Only after I asked to speak with the manager did the guy find the part in the system.
I received the car at almost 6 pm which was more that seven hours for a simple oil change and replacement of the recalled part.
I took the entire day off work and drove all the way from West LA to get this type of terrible service.
I will NOT be bringing back any of my cars to Longo for service in the future and I'm going to take my truck to another dealer next to verify that the recall part was indeed replaced and it was done properly.
I fail to understand how a reputable dealer can treat their customers so bad.
