I am always impressed by the quality of service I receive at LONGO. From purchase to service I have found LONGO consistently honest and straightforward to deal with. They seem to be entirely what I have hoped Toyota would provide in purchase, service and support. My parents first Toyota was a Tercel wagon they have had 6 Toyotas since - they owned only VW before and only toyotas since. My rav 4 is my 3rd Toyota - LONGO like the dealership in CT my parents use makes the perils of car ownership considerably less - thank you for reducing that stress.
