Daniel Tieu and other members of the service department were professional and completed service on my vehicle as promised. I used the courtesy shuttle to go to work while my car was serviced. The shuttle Driver was courteous and on time to pick me up. I was offed snacked by Longo staff while waiting for my car. Unfortunately, even though I have purchased four cars from Longo Toyota, two from Longo Lexus, and recommended Longo to others, Who have also purchased cars from both Toyota and Lexus, I have no further intentions of getting i'm getting my cars serviced at the dealership. I'm going to try local totyota dealerships in my area possibly in Corona or Ontario because I sat waiting 3 1/2 hours for my billing paperwork to be completed after my car was serviced. Also, I heard numerous other people complaining about the same problem. Long has good reputation, so I hope someone can take care of this concern.
