We had damage to our car during our detail. We were supposed to have received a follow up call today regarding the status but never did. Martin did offer a refund on our detail yesterday which was very much appreciated. Hopefully, the rest of this is handled to our satisfaction.

I was disappointed that I came in at 1:00 pm(with an appointment)for a simple oil change and it took until almost 6pm to get my car back. Busy or not...5 hours is an unacceptable amount of time to wait with an appointment. I will not be buying another extended care package. I have had a good experience with Longo up until this experience. This's why I chose to drive from Long Beach to get my service done here.

There is no reason to make an appointment. I had a 11:15am appt and didn't get my car back until 4:15pm. Martin said that it would be done by 3pm and likely by 2:30pm. He offered a rental car if I needed to leave earlier but I decided to stay hoping his timing was accurate. We then got a text at 3pm saying my vehicle was being worked on. When I spoke to Martin at 3:15, he said that it was done and that I would be another 15 min for paperwork. Paperwork took 45min. How does paperwork take 45 minutes? When I asked Martin he said that some workers are slow. That is a very poor excuse. The paperwork is literally the bill and checking off things in a sheet of paper. I was very dissatisfied with the service this time. You should space out appointments according to the work that needs to be done rather than just making it a queue system to be done before walk ins. Making an appointment is useless.
