The service advisor was great. I was a bit surprised when my car was returned unwashed. I thought Longo started washing cars again as a courtesy for their service customers once the drought ended.

Overall experience was terrible. Arrived at approx. 1:30pm. Patiently waited 20 mins to speak to someone to check in and after checking in, was being informed that the vehicle will be ready by 4pm were the shop closes. By 4pm were told that the vehicle will be ready by 4:30pm to later. By 4:30pm were told by Kirk Wallace in person that I can take my car now and reschedule for another day or continue waiting for 40 more mins. By 5:10pm was told the vehicle is ready but need time for paperwork. 20 more mins elapse my car show up not being washed as promise. 5 mins later the car turned around with water dripping stating is washed. I clearly stated and point out the issues and experiences here not to mention a new dent was found on the vehicle as we speak. Kirk is very confident that this kind of service performed is normal and question me back what is the problem here. I have never encounter such a experience in this matter. I hope I get an answer but not from any of the employee from longo Toyota to reach out to me.

Johnson Wu was very helpful while in the office; unfortunately he was unable to see our 2007 Toyota Sienna through the repair process. His team members were very slow to respond and many days I had to call them more than once a day to get a status update on the van.
This was not nor is the repair service my family nor I expected. I was most disappointed with the lack of follow-up and the disrespect in not keeping us informed of the delays.
