He was great. As was Alexis who sits next to him. I had to return within 20 min of picking up my car as the the new key fob had been programmed to start my car but they forgot to program it to lock and unlock it! He took care of it immediately which I appreciate

I was satisfied but the wait was to long I had an appointment at 9:30 am and did not get out of there until around 1:00 pm. Other then that I liked that they washed my car or I think they did because I did not recognize it when it came back. I would like to go back and get my windows tinted. How much is that going to cost me.

Noi was great. No complaints about him. However your service times are horrible. I have purchased two cars from longo. And have always used the service department. But the last several times when I have made an appointment I have dealt with unreasonable wait times. The line for people with appointments have been so long compared to walk ins. That is unacepletabe to me. People who make appointments should have their services done before the walk in customers.

Paid $179 for car detail which is usually great work done but today it was obviousl the job was not done correctly there was a residue spray left on my car window and still a thick layer of dust left on my dash and crumbs in my center console My antenna was also missing. I had to return to longo the same day to replace my missing antenna and for the detailing crew to remove the residue that was sprayed onto my windows.
