Service advisor Juan did a great job and the car was done very quickly. The issue I had was I've been coming to Longo Toyota for over 20 years and for the first time I experienced a mishap at the delivery of the car.Waited for my car for 10 minutes to come out. I repeatedly asked the lady what happened to the car and she said it should be on its way. After 10 minutes finally the car came out. Usually after a car service Longo Toyota washes our car and indeed it was done. The bad thing about it was that it was delivered to me still wet. The car was not dried out. They didn't even towel it down. By the time I received the car I didn't want to wait any longer so I just left. I drive down here 15 miles to come for the service and to see there quality go down for quantity it's a big shame.

I was completely unsatisfied with the service from Toyota overall. I was unhappy with Martin's customer service, as well as with service that was done to my car. Now I have to take my car to another Toyota dealership and pay all over again so that they can actually fix my car. But I know I can trust the Puente hills Toyota dealership because I have been there in the past and have had great service there. I should have just went there in the first place.
