Came in with a small baby expecting my friend to help me and take me home. She did not come at the last minute and Longo Toyota employees were the most helpful, considerate and understanding people I have ever dealt with. Not only did they accommodate me in the service car line up but carried my baby inside for me and arranged a ride home for me.
