Waited for three hours just for a tires rotation. I thought my car would get an oil change, but it didn't get one. Toyota care package won't replace it until it reaches 10,000 miles. The dealer where I bought the car said 5000 miles. I personally told a service person I need an oil change. He did not clarify that, until I got home, checked the oil and noticed it still looks dirty. I contacted hime and then he explained. Thank you.
