The new radio, that took days to get and was finally installed, just made the old speakers sound worse. Then they were not able to replace the speakers after I was told several times the speakers were okay. I could have had the speakers replaced while I was waiting days for the replacement radio. There is nothing more frustrating than waiting so long for a repair and driving away in a car with terrible sound out of a new radio. I was very disappointed, and the car was dirty when it was delivered, and I had to wait for them to wash it, and then spend time drying the water left on it.

Elizabeth was really nice and she did her best to get my car done, I called to schedule for an appointment and I got one, told the guy I’m going for a maintenance and fix my airbag coz it’s part of the recall, he said it will take 4-6 hours and i was fine with it, my appointment was 1015, I got there around 1030, papers done around 1054, promised time at 4pm, I stayed at longo since I have some reading to do, before 4 pm, got a call saying my car will be delayed and will be done around 5, never got an update at 5 so I went up to concierge and ask what’s going on, got a call from elizabeth past 5 and said they just finished the airbags and they will start my maintenance got my car at 630. I always go to longo for my maintenance and I was really disappointed and frustrated yesterday, I always get my car on the promised time but yesterday was a disaster, I was at your location from 1030-630, feels like working one shift, promised time plus 2 hours, I don’t know what happen to my car at the back, did someone forgot to fix my car or someone forgot that it’s still there?
