I’ve been coming to Longo for over 10 years. I get my cars serviced here all the time even though it’s a bit more pricey then elsewhere but I still come because I love the customer service at Longo. The last few visits haven’t been as great due to lack of customer service. I’m not here to get free things and I know that Longo is busy but lately I feel like the service is so impersonal anymore and it’s all about selling and making money. If I could have Paul Leblanc or Daniel take care of my services I think I’d be a happy camper. I no longer care to have my car serviced there with anyone else.
