I am satisfied by the service from your representative. However, I am not happy that it took almost 5 hours to get the service done. I have used your maintenance services for the last 11 years. It looks like the service time getting longer each time.

I requested that my tires not be rotated during service, because I had purchased them at a different location. I told the service rep. That it did not state this on the original papers, he told me that he would write it in and that the mechanic would know not to rotate the tires. I have purchased a warrenty on all 4 tires which includes free rotation and balance. This is done every 6000 miles. I service my Camery every 5000. After the service was completed the cashier told me that the paper indicated that the tires had been rotated . When I asked about it, I was told my service person would drive my car up and tell me what had occurred. When he came with my car, he could not truely give me a clear answer so he drove my car back to the garage to talk with the mechanic. When he came back he said he could not find the person and that he feels that since he wrote it down (?) the mechanic would have followed the request. I left very dissatisfied because I did not get a clear answer and fell I can not trust the answer that was given. I do not want to loose thread life for over rotation. To be honest, I purchased the Car at Longo and expect better service, I have made an effort to bring the car every 5000 miles which makes this the 10th service even though West Covina Toyota is much closer to my house. I was also told that I got a complimentary wash. This also did not happen because my window on delivery was all the way down and when I rolled up the drivers window I did not see and moisture which normally occurs. Not a very good experience this time around.

I left a message to confirm the price we discussed as I thought it was less than I was charged. I could be wrong, but since I did not receive a call back, I do not know if I was overcharged. Both do not sit well with me.

The waiter is very good, but when the triplets car really use me a lot of time, between 9:30 to 12:30 to get the car back to me. I just need to wait three hour for my car to change the oil.
