Service rep did not keep me informed of the status of my car. 3 1/2 hours later, my car still wasn’t complete despite the fact that my promise time was earlier. I’ve never wxpwrienced such poor communication where I had to call rep numerous times

For the second time after bringing my car in for service the inside fabric of my door was greasy from the technician who worked on it. I do not think it is too much to ask that the interior of cars remain clean. I gave Longo a second chance to make a better impression. I don't think that my car or me as a customer was respected. The service advisor helped fix this problem. The issue arises in the back of the house. Please have a staffwide meeting to discuss this major issue. I am seriously thinking about taking my car to the other 4 closer to my home toyota dealerships.

I had bad experience with Glendale Toyota but Longo Toyota make it all better. On the day of service I was in such a hurry that I only had 5-10 minutes. To my big surprise it only took me 5 minutes from checking in to drop off. Compared to Glendale I left with huge disappointment after waiting for more than 1/2 an hour just try to check in. I even had made an appointment beforehand. I Thank You. I know I’ll become your keptive loyal customer.
