Ruby provided me with great service. My 2012 Sienna continues to have problems with the sliding doors. I picked it up before 10am today and when one of my children opened the sliding door, it began to opened and half way it closed almost crushing my 5 year old. I'm experiencing the same problems with the door.
I have reached out to Ruby and left a voicemail. I hope this issue will be resolved immedialty.
